Service Start Procedure
You certainly need to accomplish a member registration. A member can pay through bank transfer, in a convenience store or through credit card payment. You can use our service for taking English lessons after we confirm your payment, however, it takes time during weekends or holidays.

About Tax
The price of Online English is written as the Tax-included Price , and the price of Study Abroad is written as the Tax-excluded Price.
Refund/Withdrawal Fee
Please take note that we cannot refund your fee which you have already paid, but in case you want to withdraw from the membership, please follow the procedure for withdrawal on our website 10 days before your payment. And then you should process to cancel the PayPal settlement by yourself.
Lesson Quality
In the event a natural disaster or internet problem in the Philippines arises, please keep in mind that we can not provide our service because of them.
