It is cycling!
Cycling has been a famous exercise in the Philippines. In Lingayen you can see a lot of cyclists in the early morning and they enjoy it with their own pace while breathing fresh air.
In Lingayen, there is a good road along Lingayen beach, called “Bay Walk”.
This is the best place for cyclists to enjoy cycling because the road is well-maintained. You can feel more relaxed with the smell of ocean and sound of wave.
If you feel tired exercising, you can stop wherever you want and take a rest at the bench with nice scenery.
