There are three steps how to pronounce R sound.

First you have to make a circle using your lips.
Second you have to open your mouth a little bit.
Third you should put your tongue in the middle of your mouth and remember your time shouldn't touch anything like this...

Pronouncing L sound have two steps.
First, you have to open your mouth a little bit.
second you can touch your upper teeth like this..
