This is to inform you that we will end providing "Tax-included Price Plans" for Online English conversation service; because of the rising costs and increasing tax in Japan by 10%. We will provide "Tax-excluded Price Plans" to new and resuming paying members starting from October 1st, 2019. However, we will provide our "Tax-included Price Plans" to members who will pay "Tax-included Price Plans" continuously before October 1st, 2019. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you might encounter, and we offer you our greatest gratitude for being a member.

【Free Lesson Tickets】
We offer our gratitude for your continuous support to us, and we will give five free lesson tickets to the paying members who make their payments to the same accounts as continuing use on October 1st, 2019. This free service will not be offered for new or resuming paying members on and after October 1st, 2019.
※The availability period of the free lesson tickets is from October 1st to November 15th, 2019.
※In case you will not receive five lesson tickets in your account, please contact our customer support by Email or Skype.

【Usage of Lesson Tickets】
After clicking "OPEN" in a teacher's schedule, select a valid ticket from "Ticket" on the next page, and then proceed with the reservation procedure. When you book lessons with the tickets, you can take lessons that exceed your plan limit.


------ INFORMATION ABOUT PRICE CHANGE -------

【Note】
①Even if it is only one-day adjournment, you will be guided by the following "Tax-excluded Price Plans" from October 1st, 2019. Moreover, if we confirm the payment 24 hours after the expiration date of your "Tax-included Price Plans", we will provide "Tax-excluded Price Plans" regardless of the valid period of the "Free Lesson Tickets."
※With regards to monthly tuition, it is possible that you can deposit in advance.
②Once you cancel the monthly payment contract of "Tax-included Price Plans" from PayPal on and after October 1st, 2019, only "Tax-excluded Price Plans" of monthly payment contracts will be available on our website.
③In case we receive the payments of "Tax-included Price Plans" from new or resuming paying members on and after October 1st, 2019, we would demand the member to send the balance between "Tax-included Price Plans" and "Tax-excluded Price Plans." However, if there isn't any confirmation of the additional payments for the balance from the member within one week, we would deduct some lessons from the original paid plans; for example, two lessons from Silver Plan, six lessons from Gold Plan, and thirty two lessons from Premium Plan.
※We allow refunds within eight days from the confirmation of your payment. The refund is the amount deducted from the provided fee of paid service days regardless of paid service used. We will deduct a total of 1000JPY in the event that the refund amount is less than 1000JPY. However, if the amount is more than 1000JPY, we will deduct the exact amount. Please understand that the transfer fee will be borne by the member.
④Regarding the changes in the price plan, please be informed that we cannot guarantee you that the price plan will never change again. We can change it without prior notice depending on the changes in the social situation and law revisions.

【Tax-excluded Price Plans】
※1 lesson time is 25 minutes.
■Silver Plan / 1 lesson a day Monthly member's fee is 6380 JPY（5800JPY with tax）
■Gold Plan / 2 lessons a day Monthly member's fee is 9900 JPY（9000JPY with tax）
■Premium Plan / 2 lessons a day, for 6 months straight 6 month-contract is 49500 JPY （45000JPY with tax）
