How are you all doing?
It has been a year since our plans to travel were put on hold due to the pandemic. Thanks to Teacher Amber, we’ll get to virtually visit the city of Sorsogon! Let’s tag along with her while she is on her vacation.
First stop! Isn’t the background so perfect? That is Mount Mayon, a popular tourist spot in the Bicol region, renowned for its “perfect cone”.
After the 12-hour travel, teacher Amber arrived at her destination; the Paguriran Island! If you want to experience the white-sand shores and crystalline water plus a ring of limestone that makes a natural pool, then add this to your must-go travel list!
Now here is the real deal. This is the pool surrounded by limestone. Heighten up your experience with the colorful fishes that you can swim along in this lagoon. According to the locals, the best time to visit here is during low tide so that you can walk across the long sandbar all the way to the lagoon. Very inviting!
