本日のブログではパロッツ君の新人講師”RIZZA”先生を紹介します。
To become an effective teacher, you must create a connection with your student. And you are not capable of doing that if you don’t have passion for this profession. Greetings to all the learners of Parrots Kun Eikaiwa! I am teacher Rizza. A graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in General Science with Competence in Practicum Award. I have experience teaching kids and adults in both offline and online classes. My philosophy as a teacher is ‘to make sure that my student will learn before the class ends and give them a life-long learning and values that they can use as they continue to explore life’.
As we continue to give better service, especially to the learnings of our students. We in Parrots Kun are continuing to make our foundation stronger from time to time. I teacher Rizza a new teacher at this school is assuring you to give the service that you deserve and satisfied the eagerness of each student for learning. It is not an easy task to do given that we are teaching students from different countries with different cultures and personalities but still, we are trying our best to do our job to the highest capability that we can. Especially during this time when our education was challenged and badly affected by the pandemic. The job of the teachers is put into a highlight. Our ability to become effective teachers is put to the test especially since online learning become necessary and there are teachers who are now working from home. And I am not an exception. But here in our school despite all the challenges we stand still no matter what country are from. No matter what your nationality is, we assure you that we can give flexible and quality learning through our competent teachers and I am one of those.
