What is Job Fair?
A job fair is an organized event in a large place wherein many job seekers with the hope of having a career opportunity in local or overseas. Employers of different companies have booths and conduct interviews for applicants.

Job Fair at PESO Pangasinan


Teacher Maan and Teacher Yna visit the PESO office in Lingayen, Pangasinan. They meet different officials who assisted job applicants. They are all attentive and dedicated in their works. They instruct them to what to do in job fair.




Different local and overseas job vacancies are posted in the board in job shopping area. It gives the applicants oppurtunity to contact many potential employers at one place. They also learn more about the companies they are interested in applying for.


Now let us enter the room along with the job applicants. With flyers in hand, Teacher Maan and Teacher Yna invited people to try to applying in our company.



Along with the other companies, Parrots-kun Eikawa participated in the event giving an opportunity to potential teachers.


The HR staffs interviewed and gave written exam for applicants. They ask about their degree and work experiences. They also gave some details about the company.



The government also have next projects for job fair around Pangasinan. The Pangasinan Job on Wheels is a customized bus equipped with office furniture that moves around various towns and cities of the province to conduct job fairs. It can accommodate up to five employers for the interviews, ten big tents will be installed around the bus to shelter other employers and applicants.
