WHAT IS THE SIGNIFICANCE OF VALENTINES DAY?

The significance of Valentine’s Day for me is to give love to anyone even if you cannot have that love back. As long as you're happy and satisfied of what you have, every day is Valentines.

The significance of Valentine's Day for me is giving love to everyone even with just a simple greeting without expecting anything in return.

If we have season of giving, we do also have season of hearts. And it is coming. This is one of the most awaited days of the year, not just for couples. But also for families, friends, special someone, and whoever you show your affection with. This is the day where we emphasize our love, Valentine's Day, an important day. But remember, you don't have to show your love only on that day, instead, give it every day.

Valentine's Day reminds us how we are loved, fall in love or even how grew up from bittersweet memories. Not every day, we have a chance to show how every people we love are important. So some people make this day special to give surprises, sweet treats or simple affectionate gestures.

We celebrate Valentine's Day because of love. If you believe that true love really exists then you have the right to celebrate Valentine's Day. Why? Valentine’s Day is not only made for lovers but it's also for friend and family. Everyone deserves to be loved so just spread love not just today but all the days of your life!

Valentine’s Day, is like ordinary day for me to express how much I care and love a person. For me special occasion like Valentine’s Day is just a bonus day to express our love and care to someone. The most important is every day you are expressing your love to people around you.


Valentine's Day, also called Saint Valentine's Day or the Feast of Saint Valentine is celebrated annually on February 14. Originating as a Western Christian feast day honouring one or two early saints named Valentinus, Valentine's Day is recognized as a significant cultural, religious, and commercial celebration of romance and romantic love in many regions around the world, although it is not a public holiday in any country.


Teacher April, teacher Ashley and Teacher Hanna planed to make a simple surprise for the teachers. Instead of giving them chocolates, we decided to give the teachers a red flower which symbolizes love.

Every year we get really excited about this day! Look at them!






After buying some crafts at the Department store, we went to Jollibee to buy some food!

I believe we should celebrate our love every day of the year and not only on the 14th of February. But yes, this day is really special. This is the day where we emphasize our love to our love ones! So please don’t forget to greet your love ones a Happy Valentine’s Day!
